Business Builder™ Contact Manager
The Contact Manager enables you to better manage your customer information
and share it across your business, leading to increased efficiency,
and increased sales.

Contact Management
The Contact database is central to Business Builder™ and its
operation.
Contacts can be stored within different Groups enabling yout to identify and target
specific types of contacts quickly and easily.
A "Recently Used" list allows you to quickly locate Contact records that you
have been dealing with.
Once a contact has been located, all their information is available
to you. Their contact information includes their Personal Details,
Business Details, Multiple Contact
Addresses and Email Addresses. These Provide
the core details for maintaining and building your essential Prospect
and Client database.

Personal Details
Used to enter and view the basic information for a Contact, such as their name and mobile phone number. The salutation (e.g. Dear Mr. Smith) will be entered automatically when a new Contact is added.
The saluation format can be altered, so it will create a salutation of Dear Paul, for example.
Any salutation can be overwritten for an individual Contact.

Business / Company Details
Used to enter and view Business information relating to a Contact.
Contacts can be linked to the same Business, preventing the need to re-enter business details, and also Company contact lists to be built up.
Envelope or Address Labels can easily be printed from here.

Multiple Addresses
A Contact can be assigned any number of different addresses, such as a Business address, Home address, and Invoice Address.
Business Builder™ includes in-depth address management and address formatting, enabling different address formats to be defined for different countries. Address blocks will be formatted according to the country they are in, ensuring consistency with national and international addresses.

Email Addresses
A Contact can be assigned any number of email addresses.
One of these can be specified as the default email address which will be used when sending any correspondence via email, unless otherwise specified.
